3 large Danny's Pitas
45g can smoked fish fillets
1 packet onion soup
¼ cup chopped parsley
½ cup mayonnaise
Place Danny's pita bread on oven tray.
Drain smoked fish and place in a bowl.
Add onion soup, parsley and mayonnaise.
Mix until combined.
Spoon mixture evenly on to Danny's pita bread.
Bake at 20°0C for 10 minutes or until heated through.
